Train from anywhere — we’ll provide a 4-week gym-based training plan, nutrition support, access to our Facebook group, and daily tracking via the app.

DAILY TARGETS TO STAY ON TRACK

Each day, you’ll tick off simple targets that stack into serious progress:

  • ✅ Complete a workout

  • ✅ Hit your protein goal

  • ✅ Make aligned food choices

  • ✅ Walk 8,000–10,000 steps

  • ✅ Drink at least 2L of water

  • ✅ Complete your mindset task

  • ✅ Check in with the group or post to your IG story
