Tahnee Richelle of inspired nutrition and coaching, now the head coach at inspired fitness illawarra

Tahnee Richelle

Owner | Coach | Nutritionist

Tahnee is a dedicated gym owner, qualified nutritionist, personal trainer, competitive bodybuilder and mentor within the fitness industry. She has completely transformed her own life — going from being overweight and living with Type II Diabetes to becoming strong, healthy and confident.

Her journey gives her a unique level of empathy and insight into the challenges her clients face. Tahnee understands firsthand what it takes to turn things around, build discipline, and create sustainable habits that actually last.

With years of hands-on coaching experience, she also mentors upcoming fitness professionals through Fitness Education, helping students bridge the gap between theory and real-world coaching. This role has strengthened her leadership, programming depth and ability to communicate complex concepts in a practical and supportive way.

Tahnee is passionate about structured strength training, sustainable nutrition and building long-term results. She believes in personalised strategies, progressive programming and educating clients so they feel confident in their choices, not dependent on quick fixes. Her mission at Inspired Fitness is simple: help people move well for life, build strength that carries into the real world, and create lasting change — physically and mentally — just as she has done herself.

When she is not coaching or training, you will usually find Tahnee in the kitchen creating nourishing meals, walking her dog by the beach, or on the hunt for a great coffee around the Illawarra.

Coach Molly

Molly is one of the friendly faces you’ll see coaching at Inspired Fitness on Wednesdays and Fridays.

At 23, she brings great energy to the floor and has been coaching for just over six months. Her favourite training styles include HIIT, running and building strength in the gym, which makes her a perfect fit for our Sweat and strength-based sessions.

Molly is passionate about creating a supportive environment where members feel comfortable to challenge themselves, build confidence and enjoy the process. She believes training should feel empowering, not intimidating.

Outside of the gym, you’ll find her at the beach, spending time with her dogs, or hanging out with family and friends.

If you’re in for a Wednesday or Friday session, Molly will be there to coach you through it with encouragement, structure and plenty of positive energy. 💪
