How We Train at Inspired Fitness

At Inspired Fitness, our sessions are built around structured, progressive training designed to help you move well, get stronger, and see real results.

We don’t run random workouts. Our programming follows planned training blocks that focus on building strength, improving fitness, and developing better movement patterns over time. This means every session has a purpose and every week builds on the last.

Our coaches guide you through each session to ensure you understand the movements, train with good technique, and feel confident in what you are doing.

The result is training that is challenging, supportive, and designed to help you keep progressing week after week. 💪

Our strength sessions are built around developing total body strength through a structured approach to training.

Every class includes a primary compound lift such as a deadlift, squat, or press, followed by accessory exercises that support the main movement and target supporting muscle groups.

To finish, we include a short conditioning or core section, and sometimes both, to build fitness, stability, and resilience alongside your strength work.

Hybrid combines the best of strength and conditioning in one session. This class blends resistance training with cardio-based work to build both strength and fitness at the same time.

You will move through a mix of strength exercises and higher intensity intervals designed to challenge your muscles while keeping your heart rate up.

The session is coach-led and can be adjusted to suit any fitness level, making it a great option for anyone looking to build strength, improve endurance, and get a well-rounded workout..

Our Saturday Full Body Strength Circuit is a dedicated strength session designed to train the entire body.

Using a circuit-style format, you’ll move through a range of compound and accessory exercises that target all major muscle groups. This allows you to build strength, improve movement quality, and finish the week with a solid full body lift.

Saturday Sweat is a 45-minute high energy session designed to challenge your engine and finish the week strong.

These sessions focus on conditioning, endurance, and work capacity using a mix of functional movements and varied workout formats. Every workout can be adjusted to suit any fitness level, so whether you are just starting out or looking to push harder, you will get a great session in.
