Yes — the online version includes a structured gym-based program. If you're training from home, let us know and we can offer a modified version.
How do I track my progress?
We’ll use the Trainerize app to track your workouts, daily habits, and metrics like steps, water intake, and protein targets.
What happens once I sign up?
You’ll get access to the Trainerize app, be added to our Facebook group, and receive a full welcome email with next steps and resources.
Do I get meal plans?
You’ll receive high-protein meal templates, snack ideas, and habit-based nutrition support — you will be educated on how to track your calories and how to follow a calorie deficit.
What if I can’t train every day?
That’s totally fine — this challenge is about building consistency, not perfection. You’ll still benefit by hitting your daily habits and showing up when you can.
Is there a prize for the winner?
Yes! We’ll announce prize details in Week 1 — but the real reward is how you’ll feel by the end of the 4 weeks.
Can I still win if I don’t have a massive transformation?
Absolutely. The winner is chosen based on a mix of consistency, effort, and community engagement — not just physical change.
